Learn How To Make Andhra Style Pappu Charu With Chef Samatha Only On Variety Vantalu.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Split Pigeon Peas(Soaked) - 250 gm<br />Oil - 2 tbsp<br />Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp<br />Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp<br />Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp<br />Garlic Pods - 3 -5 <br />1 medium-size onion finely sliced<br />Chopped Green Chillies - 2 - 3<br />Curry Leaves<br />Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp<br />Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp <br />Coriander leaves<br />1 1/2 cups water approx...<br />Tamarind Juice - 2 cups<br />Salt to taste<br />3-4 curry leaves<br />Coriander Powder - 2tsp<br />Coriander seed &fenugreek seed powder - 1/2 tsp<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Boil Dal and mash keep it aside.<br />2. Take a pan to add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Green chillis, onions, asafoetida, turmeric, curry leaves, green chilies, mix well and now add tamarind juice, salt cook till it comes to boil<br />3. Add some more water as need let it come to boil again. Now add boiled dal and mix well, and cook for 5 minutes.<br />
